  17. Prepare 2 tbsp of olive oil.
  18. You need 1 of Salt and pepper to taste.

Saute potatoes, carrots and bell pepper. Using the same pan, saute garlic then add onion. Chicken Afritada with Bell Pepper is a version of my favorite chicken afritada that makes use of bell peppers or capsicum. This is a type of Filipino chicken stew cooked in a tomato based sauce.

You may use regular chicken stock or chicken cube.
