  2. After 10 mins, take a pan heat it up, add butter and marinated chicken into it....cook it for 10 mins, then keep it a side...
  3. Take chicken and make a small piece like this and divide into two parts...
  4. Now take boiled potatoes and grated it...
  5. Now take a bowl add grated potatoes, coriander leaves, red chilli powder,salt, chopped onion, and half chicken into it...and mix it well and make it like a dough..keep it side for 10 min untill it gets set....
  6. Now take a small dough then flat it...put some chicken(left over chicken) and make a patty..do it same with all the batter....
  7. In another bowl take courflour add some water and make a thin paste...in other plate pour some bread crumb...now take a cutlet dip it into cornflour paste then put it into breadcrumbs...do it same....
  8. Heat oil in a pan than fry all the cutlets into medium flame...and serve with tomato sauce....
