- First mix the shredded cabbage with mayonnaise or sandwich spread and keep aside.
- In oil,fry the onions followed by potatoes,after frying remove and place in a bowl.

- Mix well.
- Trim the edges of the bread and keep on a butter greased baking tray.

- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree celcius for 15 minutes.
- After baking cut the slices and spread some cabbage mix and keep another slice on the top.
