- You need 2 tbsp of hot Spanish paprika.
- It's 2 cups of chicken stock.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of whipping cream.
Sprinkle both sides of each chicken breast liberally with paprika, salt, pepper and garlic granules. In a large frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Pour chicken stock into the pan, and bring all to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer; mix flour with sour cream until smooth, then whisk into chicken stock.

- Add a splash of veg oil to a large pan on high heat. Season the drumsticks with salt and pepper and sear them in 2 batches in the pan until evenly browned (about 5 minutes per batch)..

Give the sauce a taste and add additional salt and pepper as needed. Return the chicken to the pan and roll them in the sauce for 1 minute or so to warm through..
