  16. Prepare 1 tsp of salt.
  17. You need 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds.
  18. Prepare 1/4 tsp of baking soda.
  19. You need of Water as required.

  6. By adding little water make a slightly thin paste (paste should not to thick not to thin). Just running batter..
  7. Dip Chutni filled cutlets into the coating and deep fry it on medium flame..
