- Prepare Half of chicken.
- It's of Unsweetened yogurt.

Season the chicken and brown in batches if necessary. Add the curry powder and chopped thyme and cook an additional minute. Add the juice of ½ a lime. Cut the chicken into bit size pieces.

- Marinate ur chicken with spices,seasonings,salt,onions,garlic,unsweetened yogurt,blend green & red pepper for 30 minutes.
- In a pot,add oil,spring onions,curry,tumeric on low heat till curry changes colour.
- Add in the marinated chicken,stir fry,add some water,green pepper,red pepper,seasonings,potato,cover and let it cook.
- For chapati mix flour,pinch of salt & sugar,yeast add oil,add water little by little and kneed to make a dough,keep in a warm place to rise and double it's size.
- Roll the dough flat,place in a hot pan fry both sides its done!.
Add garlic and mix into chicken. In a separate bowl mix all of the spices and curry powder together (but not the bay leaves). Slowly add spice mixture into chicken/garlic while mixing by hand to ensure even coverage. Set the mixed chicken aside to sit for a while while you make the Roti. So I used this recipe just spooned the outed extra oil and simmered down for a longer time so the gravy could thicken. also u could add small pieces of potato to the simmering process. it will help thicken gravy and make it more hearty!
